3 bedroom, 2 bath home only steps from the Hiawassee River. Mountain home with breathtaking river views. Screened back porch with plenty of seating for friends and family. Deck on the river with a fire table. Sun porch with a swing bed for relaxing, reading, or sleeping. Open the windows to hear the soothing sounds of the river. Only 16 miles from downtown Helen, GA and just outside of downtown Hiawassee. We are also only about 20 miles from the casino in Murphy, NC. Flat screen TV's in master suite and living room. Gas log fireplace. Catch and release fishing allowed!! We'd love to have you in our home. Check in is 4pm and Check out is 11am.

Wonderful property next to the river. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the screened in porch and sitting on the deck with the gas fire pit in the evening. We would definitely recommend staying here. The house has all the comforts of home and it's in a very quiet neighborhood. I guess the only downside is the extremely windy mountain road driving to and from Helen.

Extremely clean, comfortable and very well stocked with everything you need. Beds are very comfortable, living room is so cozy. The back porch was beautiful and the deck on the river stream was so peaceful and perfect. Highly recommend. The Chatuge Lake is breathtaking. Helen was fun. The area is just beautiful.

This is the second time we stayed at this property. Each visit was peaceful, relaxing, and comfortable. We found plenty to do with a twenty minute or less ride. The property is fully furnished with extras (k-cups and toiletries come to mind) available to you. Checking in is a breeze. The neighborhood is quiet and anyone we saw was friendly. The property definitely earns five stars.

Paradise on the river

Perfect Mountain Retreat

Great place on the Hiawassee River. Close to lots of hikes, waterfalls and lots of activities. Fun place to bring a 7,5, and 2 year old boys

Perfect get away cabin!

The cabin was beautiful and right on the river, couldn’t have asked for anything better. Our trip was very relaxing, all the Christmas decorations they put up really made it feel extra special & magical! Hoping to stay there again in the future!

This place was a dream. The Christmas decorations were so perfect. We watch fly fishers off of the deck. So cool. Our whole family was so comfortable and we enjoyed our stay so much. Highly recommend!

This property is gorgeous!! Very cozy and close to Helen or downtown Hiawessee. The back porch is so big and comfortable. The house was beautifully decorated fir Christmas. We will definitely return to this property.

Relaxing property on River

Great house for relaxing. It rained during our whole stay but the house/screened back porch was very comfy with plenty of seating areas. Visited Always Christmas in Hiawassee and spent time walking around Helen.

Lovely Home

The home is lovely and exactly as advertised. It was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend getaway. The screened in patio across the back of the house was perfect for sitting and reading a book while listening to the river and the birds. Thoroughly enjoyed and would stay here again.
