Play in the river while enjoying the cute German feel-townhome which is overlooking the Chattahoochee River!You'll find great comfort here with the hot tub outside on the patio and vintage games for to play. The house has been freshly decorated and is perfect for family fun. Enjoy time in the game room, the spacious living/dining area with games to choose from, or outside on one of the 3 decks which are complete with an outside tv, comfortable furniture, and a hot tub. The game room/bar with a full bath is located in the basement of the home, accessible by a separate exterior door! There are 3 total decks---one off the main bedroom, another off the family room, and the third at the rear of the basement! To access the basement there is an outside door which leads you into the game room with a bathroom. A personal favorite is sitting in the outdoor swing with your coffee and a good book while enjoying the sound of the river.

Cabin was well stocked with supplies and kitchen ware. Very clean and comfortable. Sitting on the porch listening to the river was so relaxing. Kids enjoyed using their own tubes to float from roadside park north of Helen right back to the cabin. We also enjoyed being able to walk to town.

The location is convenient to everything. Perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The Christmas lights were still up in the town and it just added to an already good time. Will definitely return to the area and hopefully this location will be available

We came to a family wedding in Helen for Memorial Weekend. The condo was lovely, right on the river and walkable to many restaurants and shops. Karen was very responsive to questions we had.

This house was perfect for our family get together. Plenty of space, beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, and the outdoor areas were fantastic. Being within walking distance to downtown was priceless!!!! Definitely recommend.

There were 8 of us girls and we very much enjoyed staying at Karen's property. It was clean and neatly decorated. Lots of space for us to spread out yet cozy enough for girlfriend chats each evening.

To start with having a room with games in it for the kids to just play during the down time was the best everything was clean great view of the river. And plenty of bathrooms and sitting areas for all of the family’s we had a party of 9 and still had room left and the hot tube is a great feature as well can’t wait to stay again

My husband and I travel to Helen with a group every year, and this was one of our favorite places to stay. It was close enough to walk but felt like it was far enough away where you were out of the busy area. The house was very clean! We loved being able to sit on the back porch overlooking the river and watch tv. Karen was very responsive if I had any questions and made sure we had everything we needed.

Loved loved loved this place! Home was very clean and easy to access. Plenty of space for everyone and the home had great flow to it. My favorite aspect of the house was sitting on the couch on the deck listening to the river. Definitely going to book this house again!!

We had an awesome stay ,from grilling to the hot tub, to zip lining, and coffee on a deck in the cool morning air. We enjoyed having separate levels with rooms and not having to flip a coin for the bathtub seeing as there was two, 3 if you count the downstairs. The place was clean and well kept.Thanks for having us !!

We have 4 kids 11,13,13 &17. They absolutely loved the place, as did we. More than enough room for everyone. It has a great outside hangout spots but we mainly stayed on the main floor deck. We walked everywhere during our stay since we were so close. Would highly recommend this property to all ages. I don’t think we could have found a better place to stay while in Helen. Would definitely stay here again.

It was perfect! I (Grandma) along with my son, his wife and 3 granddaughters stayed here ...it was absolutely perfect! Condo was the cleanest placed I have ever rented. Plenty of space and the river behind the condo was spectacular. The host, Karen, could not have been nicer to work with. Walking distance to town, but on the perfect street (BEHIND the main street!), making everything easy to access. GREAT place to stay!!!

Staying here with our friends and family was very very relaxing and fun! Helens Main Street was very close and there are SO many things to do. The food nearby is amazing and the river behind the home was incredible. The home was adorable and cozy. I wish I would have packed more essentials but flying I usually don’t and assume the place has them. Other than that, Karen was responsive and very helpful and friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again in the near future!

The minute we walked into the property we were greeted with a clean and comforting place. The TV was on with music, and it was all inviting. The property was big enough for everyone to have their own space. We loved the view of the river and the kids loved to play by the river. The patio space was great for chatting, watching TV, and relaxing with the view. We liked that the property was close to town so that we could take a nice walk to get to activities and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again!

Property was as advertised and perfect for our stay. We had three adults and three children (10, 7 and 4). Plenty of room in bedrooms for everyone. The location on the river allowed us to just walk up the street to public park, put our own tubes in (we brought) and float down to property. Kids loves skipping rocks and looking at wildlife. Everything in the house was clean and well-organized. The driveway into property is a little steep, so a low vehicle would need to drive cautiously, but still accessible! We were able to walk around and drive around with plenty of parking to enjoy food and entertainment. Slot Cars were an unexpected fun time with the kids just a few 100 yards away from property. Host is amazing at communication and made sure we were well taken care of. Zero issues with our stay. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you!!!
