Great location and views. It is three levels with lots of space. The cleaning crew didn't clean the showers on the third floor.

We had THE best time at this condo! The location is perfect for walking all over town, but just far enough away from the crowds. The porches made for relaxing mornings of coffee and people watching. Deer Path is probably the nicest place we have stayed over the many years of visiting Helen, It’s a real gem! A couple things to note are there are only 1 set of towels per bed- no extras even for the kitchen and the grill is covered with old grease that causes a smoke out when used… but it’s still usable lol. Everything else was so wonderful, we are coming back here next Oktoberfest!

Location!

Great place to stay for walking distance to anywhere downtown! The house was nicely decorated & spacious for our family of 5. Easy check in/out with no issues. Only suggestion would be blackout curtains because it was very bright in the mornings. Hot tub & the porch were a fun place to hang out & people watch! Plenty of linens & bathrooms/hot water. Would highly recommend & stay again!

Family Thanksgiving

This is our 2nd year staying here. We love it (especially the porch).Convenient to everything, down town Helen. We could walk to all our favorite places.Could see and enjoy Christmas lights while sitting on porch. Condo was very clean, and had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing.

Wonderful Summer Stay

The condo and location were fabulous! We were just steps from Betty’s Grocery, Hofer’s Bakery, and Alpine Cafe. My husband and I slept in the bottom floor efficiency apartment, and our adult daughter, teen daughter and her friend slept on the third floor in two king bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The second floor common area and beautiful porches served as places to spend time together. We hope to stay here again soon!

Middle of the Action!

This Downtown Condo in Helen was a perfect vantage point to sit back, relax, and watch a busy weekend roll by. We loved being able to sit on the 2nd story porch to see everyone going this way and that. We were easily able to walk to restaurants, the heart of downtown, and the tubing pick-up. Plus, the condo was well appointed with plenty of linens and a full kitchen.

Amazing 3 story unit!

This 3 story unit was amazing! It’s right in the heart of Helen! We thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk to the shops and be right back home within minutes. It was very clean and had everything you think you might need available. If you get a chance to book this unit consider yourself lucky!

Awesome Location, Awesome Stay!

We had an awesome, quick family vacation for spring break… And this condo was even more than we expected! The location is amazing, so we could walk to everything, never got in our van one time. The inside was even more spacious and nice than I could tell from the listing, and the outdoor areas for chilling or sitting in the hot tub were great! This is not your place if you want a quiet mountain getaway, but it’s perfect if you want to easily access all that Main Street in Helen has to offer! We had no issues utilizing anything in the condo, and when we were unsure if we were at the right place to check in, the owner responded to my message immediately. The kids didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be back!

Phenomenal - We Will Be Back.

Took a family of 4. Our parents. And my sister and her fam (3) came at the last minute. Top notch stay, Location (best in town in my opinion), and communication with host. The bear and trout themed home is amazing. Didn’t use the hottub but nice addition for those looking to use it. Hofers, Betty’s, and alpine right there for convenience too. If I was a dentist, 10 out of 10 would recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
