"No codes provided to access the room beforehand. Shower Impossible to adjust from cold to scalding hot. No bedside lamp. Floor not cleaned. Hasty conversion of a traditional Brussels home by freelance contractor. Shame because very good location in relation to EU institutions. Unfortunately an EU summit subjected us to helicopter patrols which made it hard to get some sleep."

"A lovely hotel only a 15 minute walk from the Grand Place. Also any easy trip from the North Brussels train station. It was a very stylish and comfortable place. Staff even let us check in 1 1/2 hours before. Highly recommended. "
