"The service is fantastic and I love the quirky decor though the place was not as well maintained as it could be. It's steps from the train station so very convenient if you need that. Otherwise it's in a Turkish area which is fine but doesn't have the German flavor you may be looking for."

The staff were very helpful and accommodating with good recommendations. There was a little confusion over when the breakfast ended so we did end up missing it one day. Nice bar/cafe in the lobby we enjoyed in the morning and evening for a light bite, coffee or a drink. I fell during our stay (at a park), and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating - helping to get my hand cleaned up, wrapped up and check to make sure I was ok. The spa area is wonderful - such a nice treat!! The room was a little tight, it would have been nice to have a little more space for suitcase storage/clothing, but it was really so nice and clean. "

Breakfast is an experience I would not pass up. Hotel staff helped however they could. Very helpful and accommodating. Room was quite spacious with an excellent shower. Highly recommend.
