Property was located in a convenient location. Hotel ran out of beach and pool towels on one occasion. Clean rooms but bathrooms could use some updating. Ceiling in bathrooms stained and need to be painted. We were on the 18th floor facing diamond head with partial ocean view. View was nice but when you open the sliding door all you can hear are the air conditioning units or generators from other hotels. Sliding door to balcony was difficult to open and close.

Convent location. Honestly, my kids talked about the breakfast the most. The loved the food. Eating outdoors on the patio area in the morning. That was great. Huge hit. Overall, for me, standard hotel for the area. Good marks all around. Helpful staff. Nice that they loan out boogie boards and such. We were in a small room…but that was on us. Make sure you get an appropriate sized rook for your group.

Very noisy! The balcony’s are being replaced, which is a year long process, all of 2026, but let me book a room with a balcony which I couldn’t use. I would have stayed somewhere else if I had known.
