We let the property know that we're flying in to celebrate my wife's birthday. She was happy to see an assortment of treats and a hand-written greetings waiting for her. It is VERY close to the beach. I'm wondering before the Hyatt in front, they would have been a hotel with a great view. The intake was nice, the staff is pleasant. They give you free laundry access which is a huge plus for washing sand off our clothes. They also offer free beach towels and other equipment. Overall very pleasant stay. Would come again.

It was a beautiful six night seven days stay the atmosphere is amazing it is right in the middle of Waikiki and walkable to anything you needed to get to. The staff were amazing the room was clean and daily cleaned by housekeeping. The outdoor pool was on the 5th floor where the gym was and it's absolutely breathtaking fuse complimented the hotel as a whole
