Könnte man die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen. Wenn eine Grundreinigung bezahlt werden muss, sollte sie auch erledigt werden bevor Gäste kommen.Auch eine geforderte Enegiepauschale von 124€ ist total überzogen, es wurde gerade mal für 30€ Wasser und Strom verbraucht. "Wir durften ein sehr angenehmes Silvester in dem Haus verbringen. Es ist sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Das Grundstück ist auch sehr schön und man kann von dort sehr schöne Spaziergänge machen. Wir und auch unser Hind wurden herzlich Willkommen "

"Upon arrival Mr Fennell was awaiting us and showed us around in the house. He also gave a lot of interesting information and tips for the things we wanted to do. The house was very comfortable and we also enjoyed very much the pleasant garden and the surroundings."

"Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit im Ferienhaus Neu Seeland 71 in Otterndorf verbracht und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von der ruhigen, naturnahen Lage und dem gepflegten Außenbereich begeistert. Das Haus ist modern, geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die helle Wohnküche mit Blick auf das Wasser sowie der gemütliche Wohnbereich mit Kamin – sind perfekt für entspannte Abende. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche...

"selbst der eine Stern ist zu viel. die Lage und das Grundstück ist toll aber sehr ungepflegt. die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist sehr schlecht. Er versicherte mir das beide Bäder saniert sind und bei der Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass das unterr Badezimmer immer noch saniert wird. Dadurch war überall im Haus Baustaub. Die Lampen höngen kaputt von den Decken und es war sehr dreckig. Grill müssen wir selbst aufbauen und an die Fährrader und das Kajak das in der Beschreibung stand kommt man...

"The house was as described, clean, easy to access to nearest towns. It was about 45 to 50 minutes to Hamburg. They had a lovely cat which treated as on our arrival and when we left. The house is on the river which made our holiday superb. We had our tea every morning in the garden. The house was warm, had a great bath and a modern kitchen."
