"Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen von der sehr netten Vermieterin. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut - nah an Stade und Jork, auch Buxtehude ist schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Eine Verdunklung in den Schlafräumen wäre gut - es ist doch sehr hell, wenn im Sommer früh die Sonne aufgeht. "

"The house was as described, clean, easy to access to nearest towns. It was about 45 to 50 minutes to Hamburg. They had a lovely cat which treated as on our arrival and when we left. The house is on the river which made our holiday superb. We had our tea every morning in the garden. The house was warm, had a great bath and a modern kitchen."

"Wir sind über Pfingsten mit unserer fünfköpfigen Familie nach Twielenfleth gereist, um insbesondere Hamburg zu erkunden. Wir waren begeistert von der Größe und Einrichtung der Wohnung. Das Vorbeigleiten der großen Schiffe auf der Elbe war immer eine Attraktion. Ein Tipp für den Transfer nach Hamburg: Mit dem Auto nach Finkenwerder und dann mit der Fähre (Linie 62) zu den Landungsbrücken. Ein Tag sind wir auch nach Cuxhaven gefahren. Es war ein tolles langes Wochenende und wir kommen bestimmt...

"Sono contento di esser stato fortunato quando ho riservato per due settimane qui. "Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Balje verbracht und das Ferienhaus bietet wirklich viel Platz - perfekt für die ganze Familien. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich mit großem Esstisch und einer riesigen Couch. "Clean. Staff and service mostly OK. Some very good some very poor. Property in general good condition. But I have a serious issue with facilities. The pictures show a swimming pool. But the swimming pool is not part of the hotel at all. It’s across the road. It doesn’t belong to the hotel at all. This is only visible in the small text . This kind of advertising is unethical in my view. We booked this hotel because we believed it had a pool. In the end, the public pool was actually closed so we couldn’t even use it. The location and general area around the hotel directly on the river is quite nice. Our room was rather noisy in the morning. I believe we were located over the reception so there was lots of coming and going. Parking is very limited. When we arrived, we got the very last parking spot, which was very tight. "

"Uncomfortable beds, room was vaguely clean but still lots of cobwebs. Front desk tried to get me to pay for the room again even though it had been paid for through Expedia. This happened several times despite Expedia calling the front desk - eventually it was sorted, but it took a lot of my time chasing it. To be clear, the Expedia support was very good - it was the hotel that was the problem. Breakfast is poor (for the price). I would not stay here again."
