Welcome to Bella Shores - an exquisite and thoughtfully designed luxury home that provides the perfect setting for your next ski or lake vacation. The home features an inviting open floor plan that radiates warmth and comfort, making it the ideal place for family gatherings and reunions. The open-concept kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the equipment you could need to prepare a delicious meal at home. Additionally, there are plenty of small appliances such as a Keurig and drip style coffee machine, blender, and crockpot. The breakfast bar and dining table have custom lighting fixtures and offer ample seating for everyone.

The first living room is situated next to the kitchen and is the perfect place to unwind. It offers comfortable seating, a cozy gas fireplace, and an HDTV. The primary suite on the first floor is adjacent to the family room and provides awe-inspiring views, a warm gas fireplace, and an en suite bathroom with a spacious vanity, a walk-in glass shower, and a jetted tub.

Heading downstairs, you'll find a fabulous entertainment lounge equipped with a large HDTV, a high-end Queen sleeper sofa, a game table, and games. In the lower living room, there is a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom, a twin on top, and a twin trundle. Next to the lounge area is a King suite with a plush King bed and an HDTV. There is plenty of space for everyone to have their own area to relax and enjoy doing their own thing. The private hot tub access is through a door right off the lower-level lounge.

Located upstairs, you'll discover another King Suite with a gas fireplace, HDTV, and en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a second King Suite that offers breathtaking lake views, HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom.

Great Park City stay
This was our first time in the Park City area and we loved it. The house was perfect for our family with lots of room, beautiful views and very comfortable. We loved the walking paths and easy access to the area. We walked, went for runs around the neighborhood, cooked many meals at the house, drove into Park City to enjoy the sights and shopping and had a great time. The house is well maintained and great for a large group. We enjoyed many games of pool in the game room and the hot tub. The hot tub was not to temperature when we arrived so unfortunately we could not use it the first night as we didn't notice it until we went to use it later that evening so that was a bummer. The pots and pans could use replacing as they are showing their wear and tear. We also did not have dishwasher pods so communicated with iTrip. It took a few attempts to get a response but eventually they did and had pods delivered to the house the next afternoon. The ice machine also did not appear to be working so that would have been helpful to know as we had to run out and get ice upon arrival. No major issues and loved the house. Would definitely go back.

Family and Friends Ski Week
The property was very nice. It was roomy with two family room areas which provided ample space to spread out. The fireplaces were enjoyable after a long day of skiing. The views from the property of the Jordanelle were beautiful and the hot tub was great. We messaged the property manager twice; once to figure out how to work the basement level fireplace and the second time to report an issue with small ants. They responded quickly both times. Although they placed ant traps in the areas in which we spotted the ants, the traps did not remove them all. The kitchen has ample plates and cutlery, however, the kitchen cookware and the outdoor grills could use some improvement. Many pots and pans had loose handles or were warped. The grills were dirty and the basement grill was broken. These are easy and low-cost updates that will make the cooking experience much nicer. We are a low-key group and tend to cook in a few nights when we ski. Overall the stay was nice and we would stay there again. Thank you

Perfection!
This property was exactly what our family needed! I was impressed with the layout and luxury it offered. I felt comfortable and cozy the entire time. We were able to access the Park City area in less than 15 minutes. We will definitely stay here again!!

Perfect
Everything was amazing. Home was exactly as it was displayed on VRBO. View of the lake was beautiful, and host was extremely communicative. 15mins from most locations; ski slopes in Deer Valley and dinners in Park City. We had beginners with us, so using Jordanelle gondola was not possible. But it would have been even more convenient ; within 5 mins. Overall 5 stars! Ah-mazing!

Great property, but Jordanelle Gondola problematic
Property was great, everything works, good value. Our only issue, which has nothing to do with this property or the vendor, is that skiing out of the Jordanelle Gondola was worse than we expected. The lot is tiny, so unless you get there well before the lift opens, you have to park and take a bus. So Uber is best, but on the weekend there was a 25 minute lift line at 9am (vs. the base lifts are closer to the main mtn and didn't have lines). Combine that with the multi lift commute to get from Jordanelle to the upper mountain and skiing out of Jordanelle put us 1 hr further from actual skiing if we were more conveniently located. Sharing because I wish I knew this ahead of time

The Perfect Place
I had four ski buddies plus myself on this trip, and the unit had more than enough room. It is well equiped, and the furnishings are nice. One of the best parts is the location. Being right across the highway from the Jordanelle gondola lift made it so easy to get to the slopes every day, and the roads to the unit are not steep, so when it snowed, it was no problem driving. Everything worked well and communications with the property manager were prompt. Would love to stay here again on future ski trips.

Parking Issues
The property was beautiful and we loved the location. This was a staycation, so we all drove to the property. We didn’t realize parking would be an issue. The instructions said not to park in the driveway, but we had conflicting signs on whether or not we could park on the street. I wish this was specified in the listing. We had a completely accidental conflict where someone in our party parked in the neighbors driveway. We had told our group that no one could park in the driveway and this person accidentally parked there. The neighbor, who did have a right to be mad, barged into the home without knocking. I felt that counted towards breaking and entering. We apologized to the neighbor profusely. But she wouldn’t leave, and was insulting our group. She also told us we were unable to park on the street. It definitely made the rest of our stay there stressful. To the owner - we are so sorry about that mishap and tried our best to be extremely apologetic to the neighbor. We never played loud music and we only went into the hot tub during the day. So we tried our best to be good Vrbo guests. In the instructions it also claimed there was a key that unlocked the hot tub. We couldn’t find the key or the basket it supposedly is supposed to go in. However, we were able to open the hot tub. In the instructions it said we would be fined if we didn’t put the key away, so we were extremely concerned about not finding one in the first place.

Utah Fall Break
Overall the house is nice and accurately shown in pictures. However so many things are broken and done poorly, which is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. 75% of the drawers is in the house are broken or improperly put in so when you barely pull out the entire drawer falls out. Several of the blinds/shades are broken. The shower rod in the basement is not properly installed so it easy falls down. Our stay was still enjoyable and the communication from management is fantastic.
