It has been decorated and fitted out with modern and comfortable fixtures and fittings and is warm, quiet and spotlessly clean. The welcome tray of a few little treats, tea, coffee and milk in the fridge was a nice touch too. I'll certainly book again!"

"Washing machine didn't work. Helpline never answered. Sent someone to look at Washing machine but couldn't fix. Cooker had missing buttons. Boiler water mains was turned off and with no help turned this on myself after 24 hrs. Creaky sofa bed, broken blinds and door handles. Didnt smell nice. Bad experience "

"The apartment is not situated in the area indicated on the map but in a completely different area. Apartment not clean when we arrived and we had to ask for clean bedclothes which was delivered. "I booked this trip for my partners birthday, as soon as I came in the door, check in took 2 minutes, staff were there for assistance if need be. We had breakfast and it was lovely, great selection and staff were very good. The hotel is in a perfect location and hotel has a screen to book Ubers and to plan some activities which is a plus. The room was very clean and spacious, bed is comfy. We came here for dinner, and the food was lovely. One thing I would say is the gym, it is not what was advertised, very small and it looked very different on the website. All staff are very good and always looking busy on their feet. "
