"The house was extremely clean but there was VERY poor communication. We tried to contact the host prior to check in and after check out and have yet to receive a response from the host. We had an accident with a fall and were required to pay a damage fee. We tried to communicate about the incident. Paid the damage fee with no receipt of the repair and labor fees and then were sent another charge to pay in addition with no communication of what the second fee was for. Due to the poor communication would not recommend staying here. "
