"All around great place to stay"

"Overall this hotel was flawless. We were very pleased with the variety and quality of the included breakfast, cleanliness and staff were great. We only stayed for one night but could easily be happy here for an extended stay. The 16% tax in Healdsburg is an ouch but this hotel tried to balance it with some nice perks like a free shuttle, wine pour and the breakfast was outstanding."

"The hotel is great. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed is too hard. The proximity to this rooftop bar makes it loud at night. The strangest thing about the hotel is the understaffing. The whole lobby is generally staffed by one guy. He’s the front desk, the valet, the bellhop, he may even be a bartender since the front desk doubles for the bar. If you need your car pulled up from valet, the entire lobby is unstaffed and anyone hoping to check-in just sits. Very weird."

"The location is great for enjoying downtown Healdsburg. The house is charming. However, the stairs going to the second bedroom is narrow and the two bathrooms are downstairs. Maybe just fine for children upstairs. Luckily, it was just my spouse and I with our dog so we didn't use the upstairs at all. The back patio is nice with the spa and gas fire pit. It would be nice for the space to have a table and chairs for eating and an umbrella for shade.It was nice to have a garage to park are car in.We would stay there again."

"We had a great stay in the Roost! Very clean and comfortable with nice privacy. Hosts made sure we had everything we needed. Location was excellent for strolling downtown. Would definitely recommend!"
