Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom home with a separate guest cottage, nestled in the heart of wine country, just minutes away from downtown Healdsburg. This idyllic 9+ acre retreat offers stunning vineyard views and promises a truly unforgettable escape.

This home is a Wine enthusiast’s dream, nestled in the heart of a picturesque vineyard landscape.

The Main House:
- This tastefully decorated 3-bedroom home provides ample space for your group or family.
- Relax in the spacious living room with a cozy fireplace and large windows framing picturesque vineyard views.
- A fully equipped open kitchen with modern appliances is ready for your culinary adventures.
- Enjoy your meals in the elegant dining area or step out onto the expansive deck to dine al fresco while savoring the vineyard vistas.

The Cottage:
- Our separate cottage provides additional privacy, perfect for couples or those seeking solitude.
- A well-appointed studio cottage , bathroom, small kitchenette , with its own private deck make it a self-contained oasis.

Outdoors:
- The large deck, complete with comfortable seating and a barbecue grill, is ideal for enjoying the breathtaking sunsets and starry nights. Enjoy days or nights in the hot tub.

Swimming pool is not heated however pool heating can be added for an additional fee $150 per day and there is a 3 day minimum.

Great escape in wine country!

Awesome landing spot for a stay in wine country with friends. Great range of bedroom and sleeping situations for young kids and adults alike. It was just minutes from town and many wineries. We had an awesome time!

Wonderful House Among the Vineyards

The house was wonderful and very comfortable for our group. The location is spectacular as it is situated in a private wooded area in the hills above the nearby vineyards with amazing views over the valley and mountains nearby. We made all our dinners at the house and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. The location is great as it is just a few minutes from Healdsburg and the 101 freeway, with lots of wineries nearby. It was also great to have a pool at the property which we used every day during our stay.

Wine Country Perfection!

We had 4 couples stay for a 4 day wine-centric visit. We had MORE than enough room and really enjoyed all the property had to offer. The pool was excellent and easy to use. Only recommendation would be to plan to schedule your ubers in advance for any evening restaurant visits or otherwise. Host was great, all in all 10/10.

Home Away From Home

We gathered our small family for Thanksgiving and we didn’t skip a beat. We had all the comforts of home and it was lovely to be amongst a beautiful setting. The hosts of the property could not have more kind, helpful, & responsive. The welcome was warm and thoughtful. Not usual to have a special beautiful property and great hosts. Not much more one could ask for. We will be back!

Breathtaking property

This house is secluded and the views are so amazing. The property is incredible and just gorgeous, and you can see almost 360 degrees from alot of the house. Even though it is secluded it is very close to downtown Healdsburg and incredibly convenient. The house has EVERYTHING that you need to be cozy and content to stay in cook, hang out and just enjoy the house, but so close to everything. This is a DO NOT MISS place to stay if it is available. Cannot recommend enough.

Vineyard View Retreat Does NOT Disappoint!!!

This property was perfect for our stay - the amenities were top notch. Thoughtful welcome gift from the owners was so appreciated. I communicated with the owners prior to our visit and they were so fast to reply to my questions - even went so far as to add an amenity when i asked if they had it available. I thought that was very generous. And the VIEW!!! Stunning! Thank you!!!
