"AMAZING hotel!! We had a 1 bedroom with city view. It was HUGE! All day free coffee machines and afternoon popcorn. Filtered water in the rooms for drinking. Antonio is a shining star there, so nice! Location is perfect and a quick walk to everything. We will definitely be staying there again! "

"This hotel claims to be pet friendly. It is NOT pet friendly!!! They expect you to go a mile round trip every time your dog needs a potty break. Ask yourself, how many times a day does your dog go potty? Especially if you have mobility issues. Thinking about driving your pet. This is downtown Chicago. Good luck driving. We had to leave after the first night. I explained the situation to them, and they refused to refund the two additional nights we could not use. Pet parents, stay clear of this hotel. Hotels.com do better screening hotels you advertise as pet friendly."

"The only flaw in this property is the parking. OMG….it cost almost half of the room rate we received and negotiating the underground parking was VERY intimidating. Larger SUV’s would be a real challenge. "

"Great location, loved the restaurant in the hotel. Trader Joes grocery store, Starbucks across the street, many restaurants and even a casino in walking distant. The subway was literally steps away if thats your travel option. "

"Storage luggage staff was great and helpful. Had to move rooms due to the shower being dirty and water was not draining. Second room had brown water coming out when you turned the shower on, after 5 minutes it would go away. "
