"This was a great stay. Car park is small, but I did get a space. I stayed in the ground floor room, which was large and spacious, comfortable bed. The only thing missing was a chair to sit at the table/desk at. Staff friendly. Car park did not come at an additional cost (there are other places in Horley which add on a car park charge). I was up early the next day for work, so was not woken by the washing machine? above me (but others might have been)."

"Joe the Manager provided great service to us. Rugs could have used a shampooing. Kitchen walls could have used repainting as there were splatter stains from prior use. Communal kitchen for free breakfast was on your own to cook or make. Bread for toast; butter; jam; milk; cereal; apple juice; orange juice; bacon and eggs. Kitchen dishes and cookware provided. Communal sitting area for eating or resting to watch TV; listen to music or read. Change of towels on request and no maid...

"Excellent value for money , room was large, large comfy bed with TV and sofa. Mini kitchen with kettle,sink,hob,microwave and fridge. En suite bath with shower. Towels provided.I only booked for the one night but would have happily stayed a week. Yes there was the odd hair and a bit of dust in places but on the whole it was clean. Its a bit dated but wouldn't expect anything less being an old building. I'd definitely be booking again."

"The house and bed room was amazing, very large room, with nice tea and coffee area, shower/ toilet room very nice and clean. Easy to check in with coded doors. Felt very safe. Communication by email from owner very good, easy to understand stand and lots of useful information. Good check in and check out times "

"The room was lovely, the staff called as soon as we checked in to see if we checked in okay which was nice. If you looked out the window to the right you could see the sea. It was in a very good location. Cafes, bars and more right down the road! Difficult with parking but managed to find a carpark two streets down for £20 for 24 hours. Overall it was a lovely place for a little getaway, me and my partner really enjoyed ourself! "

"We stayed for a long weekend and had no problems or issues at all. The guest house provided parking vouchers for £15 for 24 hour parking on most of the local streets, we parked outside the property. The room was clean and plenty big enough for two, with lots of tea and coffee provided. Everything is within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance, the pier, town, bars and restaurants. Perfect!"

"No lift. Needed to explain that to people who need that info when booking. Was an issue for my wife. Staff was excellent as was the breakfast. Location was very convenient. Bathroom was a bit small with no tub but we were able to work around it. Blinds did not block out the morning light but that was just an observation."

"Our stay at the East Beach Guesthouse was fantastic! The owners Rich & Mark were so welcoming to us & our dog! The guesthouse is right on the beachfront with parking just across the road (free parking pass given to us on arrival) & the guesthouse is beautiful. Great comfy bed, the room was spotless, great views, tea, coffee, biscuits, dog treats & a lovely breakfast served in the guest lounge. "This is a lovely inn/pub in a pretty village. It was very clean and well-kept. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating. The pub has wonderful food. We tried a South African platter, and it was amazing. Would definitely recommend a stay here. "
