Modern Cabin located between Grindstone and Lac Courte Oreilles

Quiet cozy cabin with recently added 18 x 22 screen porch and located between Grindstone and Lac Courte Oreilles lakes. Recreational activities for all season from here! Boat landings, snowmobile and ATV trails, bar/restaurants, groceries, fuel and the LCO Casino are just minutes away.

Kitchen with large island and stove, refrigerator, microwave provided with all cooking utensils. Includes coffee maker with complimentary K cups. Open seating area with couch, recliner, gas fireplace and new flat screen tv with Apple TV and Charter WIFI. Two bedrooms with and one bath with walk in shower. Great place to relax and unwind with a long walk in our wooded neighborhood, sip a wine by the bonfire or spend the day on the lake.

Close to the endless ATV/UTV, boat and snowmobile trails or shopping in near by Hayward or Stone Lake.

Two bedrooms, one with new queen bed and 2nd with a full size bed that are comfortable for a couple or 1 single adult in each. New sofa that can sleep 1, and new queen blow up bed that can inflate in less than five minutes. The screen porch also has full size futon and comfy sofa for great out door sleeping!! Bathroom pantry is stocked with lots of towels and bathroom needs in case you forgot anything. Large area to park trailers, and bon fire area with lots of wood all ready to go. The outside shed has several yard games and chairs and all you need to get a fire started and even includes s’mores sticks!!

This is a great place to stay! It’s super close to the snowmobile trails, which made our trip so easy. We much preferred this over a hotel because we could cook our own meals. Highly recommend for anyone looking for convenience and a homey feel.

Cozy, comfortable cabin perfect for Birkie weekend

A few friends and I stayed here for the Birkie weekend and had such a wonderful time! The cabin is modern, cozy and well stocked with anything we could have needed. The beds were also incredibly comfortable! We will certainly be staying here again next time we are in the Hayward area!

magic week

Beautiful setting and beautiful accommodations. Whole family gathered for a couple dinners together and it was the perfect spot for games and sitting around the fire for the teenagers, the three year old and the grandparents!

Perfect getaway

Very cute, clean nicely decorated cabin. Great spot to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet. Had everything we needed plus more. Great firewood, too! We will definitely be visiting again.

Hidden Northwoods Gem

As beautiful as the pictures are they don't do the property justice. We came at prime fall color time and it was like a storybook. The accommodations were comfortable and our hosts were excellent communicators. This was one of the best stays I've experienced through any site.

Get away success.

It was not actually on a lake, and no air conditioning, otherwise it was great. Very quiet & peaceful. Lots of items available just in case we forgot something. We would gladly stay again.

July stay

Only 16m walk / 3m drive to boat launch/beach. It’s really shallow with very clear water. Great for kids! The home itself was very clean and comfortable. We loved the screened in porch. Beds weren’t super comfy and pillows were a little flat but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!

October autumn color

We rented the cabin for a few days to experience fall color. I feel we were a week early but still had a wonderful stay. The cabin was perfect for us! The beds were comfortable and the screened porch was a special extra. We enjoyed our morning coffee out there and an evening glass of wine. The area is quiet, my daughter went on her morning run and enjoyed the quiet roads and nearby lake. We brought our Wisconsin rustic roads book with us and were able to find a few of them and some others on our own to enjoy the fall color. We also drove up to Lake Superior and enjoyed the 70 mile scenic route around the lake. We enjoyed a delicious steak dinner and old fashioned at the “Trailways on 27”. The cabin was perfectly situated to accommodate what we wanted to do. It was clean, tastefully decorated, Mark supplied everything you would ever need. He was very helpful on steering us to places and restaurants we would enjoy. I would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Friends get away!

It was so lovely! Four adults had plenty of room! This cabin is very neat and clean and the screened in porch provided a 2nd living area with a table & chairs, sofa and loveseat. One person slept out there both nights on the blow up mattress and one of us slept on the couch (very comfy!) while the other two had their own bedroom. The fire pit area would be great to use (it was too hot and dry so we didn’t use it) and we enjoyed playing corn hole with the board & bags provided, and all of the outdoor chairs and outdoor side tables were cool. We loved it! We brought fans because we didn’t know if any were provided. There is a large one on the deck and one in the living room. We put one in each bedroom (that we brought along). We look forward to renting this lovely space again! The extras were plenty!! Thank you, Mark and Donna!

Perfect for a quiet getaway!

Nestled within a wooded area, this was the perfect place to enjoy privacy and quiet. It was easy to drive to area restaurants, lakes and attractions. We did a bonfire and spent quiet time in the screened in porch. We would definitely recommend and we would stay there again!
