"Clean, comfortable bed. Thats it. Was made to feel very unwelcome. No lights for first two flights of stairs then censers on the rest that turned off immediately leaving you in the dark fumbling with keys and luggage. Paper thin walls, could hear the next room flush and showering. Had one missing curtain (told the proprietor but was told no problem no one could see when I told him yes problem, just got a lot of shouting in turkish and nothing done) and a useless blind. "The hotel and cottages are spread on a large forested hill. It takes some 200 steps to walk to a restaurant where breakfast is served, but you don’t feel like walking, you can supposedly call for a shuttle. The staff in the restaurant does not speak any English, so trying to get coffee for breakfast instead of tea did not work. All in all an interesting place to visit."

"Exceptionally helpful staff. Reception staff were extremely helpful with local area information, admin. and technology (Don't forget the donation of fresh tea leaves!). Vegetarian dietary requirements catered for with a little help from Google Translate! Wide variety of breakfast buffet items, all inclusive. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. If there was a higher rating than 5 star we would award it. "

"The hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance to the main streets and plenty of great restaurants. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, we stayed in a deluxe suite, and unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi connection on the second floor of the suite. That was the only downside to an otherwise great stay."
