Hopping with fleas

On first impression very nice, welcome pack. Lovely garden. Spacious bedrooms, everything needed. Wednesday am daughters partner had bite marks on legs. Having sat in open lounge/ kitchen he then saw and caught 2 fleas on his leg. We had been vacuuming twice daily throughout our stay as my 18month grandson with us. We continued to be bitten, we caught them and put in water as evidence. The last straw was when on baby. My daughter and baby stayed in a hotel Thursday and Friday. I contact owner and housekeeper. Then letting agents. Beyond belief a tiny refund was offered. Shocking, THEIR FINAL RESPONSE..... WE TOOK THEM IN. The sizes of fleas tiny hardly visible, medium, to adult size . Obviously been there weeks or months. cost for week was expensive.
