Spacious open plan living, kitchen and diner on the first floor, with a balcony offering stunning uninterrupted views over Hayle estuary.
Beautiful living space features a four seater sofa, two wicker armchairs, 50 inch Smart TV and wall to wall glass sliding doors which can be opened entirely, revealing the proximity to the water. The doors lead onto the balcony which looks down onto the water just below.
Dining space with a wooden table, two benches and two chairs seating six, with views of the water.
Fully equipped kitchen with central island and three stools, induction hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Krups coffee machine, washing machine and door with Juliette balcony.
Iron and ironing board.
WiFi.
Underfloor heating throughout.

Sleeping:
Master bedroom on the second floor with a king size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, and en-suite shower room with walk in shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail. This beautifully designed bedroom has a mezzanine floor with a glass balcony overlooking the living area. Please note this bedroom does not have a door and is not suitable for children.
Bedroom two with a king size bed on the ground floor, with wardrobe, bedside tables and stunning sea views through the glass sliding doors which lead out onto a second private balcony, the water immediately below. Second bedroom also features an en-suite shower room with walk in shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
