"We enjoyed our stay at this gem of a property on Beaver Lake. The long private dock out to the water provides a tranquil environment to sit and relax or hop in the paddleboat and do some fishing. The Smores provided as part of our stay was a nice touch. Would stay here again on my next trip to Hillman. "

"We had a great stay at this cabin! It was very clean and the property was beautiful. Our family caught lots of fish and enjoyed the paddle boat, canoe and kayaks. We traveled into town and visited the Amish bakery which was absolutely delicious. Terry greeted us upon arrival and was very informative about the area and the cabin. It had all the basic necessities plus a little more. We are looking forward to visiting this place again."

"The setting was beautiful! The kitchen sink and shower were so disgusting, we went to town for cleanser and cleaned them before we could use them. The refrigerator was dirty and had other peoples food (condiments etc) in it. There were cob webs with spiders and eggs under the table in the living room. We only stayed 2 nights of our three booked. There wasn't a can opener or toaster in the kitchen. There were also two gun safes in our cabin! "

No one else around except for our hosts--our hosts gave us a nice warm greeting upon our arrival and their communication was awesome. The evenings were silent and best of all, no Wi-Fi!
