Hardest bed we have ever had in a hotel. I have to sit up most nights because of back problems. And the chair was so uncomfortable and tortuous on my back."

"The room was filthy. Dirty towels, floors weren’t clean, trash was still in the bathroom from previous stay. When we went to ask for clean towels the lady in the staff was very rude and didn’t want to give us a new one. Floors were disgusting, I stepped on a toe nail getting out of the shower and we had only been there less than an hour. When I talked to the woman at the front desk she was insanely rude and dismissive of our issues. "
