"Got a call from the property the day after I booked saying they had made a mistake and the room I booked was not available and upgraded me to a beautifull 2 bed unit free of charge! Awesome! And brilliant location."

"Our Accom was comfortable and had everything we needed. However, there was a mixup with our 2nd-day stay, the motel had double booked our room due to an administration error, their computer noted that we were a 'No show', I was not present when this occurred, fortunately, my niece managed to sort it out with the motel clearly we checked in on the first night or we would not have been in the room with a motel key. It eventually got sorted as mentioned but not something we would like to experience again. Lovely friendly staff who were very apologetic for their mistake."

"Overall really great place to stay, only downsides were having to get our own utensils and plates/bowls etc to eat off and the rather small couch."

"Yvonne followed up on a missing fast charger I had left in an electrical socket. Went straight up to the room and a day later has posted it back to me. They also followed up with housekeeping amd offered to pay the value of anything else I might have left. Above and beyond. Clean, convenient and sensible accommodation."

"Loved our room, it had a wee private courtyard, spa bath. Bed was comfy. Had aircon which was much needed (was so hot up there ) the pool was lovely and refreshing. Staff were lovely. The only weird thing was the parking, abit hard to reverse out when it was dark and full. Awesome place to stay though and will definitely stay again next time we are in Hastings"
