First time and last time never want to stay at that hotel again . Very poor waiting to checking at the front desk . The staff not very nice at all!

Windows dont have panes they are glass shutters that dont close all the way so it is kind of noisy. The bathroom is size of a closet the door hits the sink and you have close the door squeeze past to make it to the stall. Room seemed clean staff was nice. I didnt understand why they called to ask me how check in was on the 2nd day. I mean its in a great location food and ABC store are less than 100ft and ocean is less than a block away. Has a small in house bar with karaoke seem pretty hopping. Overall i would stay again for the price.

We had a really lovely time. The hotel is perfectly located. It is not expensive. It is a little bit dated, but you come here to Hawaii to experience the history so that doesn’t bother me in the least. It was very beautiful very well managed. Most of the staff were absolutely fantastic and we had a lovely time. The kitchen is beautiful. The balcony is beautiful. The bed is comfortable. Everything was great.
