"The hotel was really good. It was easy to find from the Muzeum Metro stop. Reception staff were friendly and quick. The room and shower was great with good free shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was really good, with plenty of choice. If I had to pick 2 things; the room could have done with a central light, as with all lights and the TV on it was still gloomy. Also some of the breakfast staff were a bit quick in trying to take plates away when I was still eating! Otherwise I will definitely stay here again. "

"This hotel is in a great spot with friendly helpful staff. It also has a luggage rack which is very useful. I am surprised by how many hotels don’t have these considering most people travel with suitcases. The hotel was warm and clean with a good shower. I highly recommend it. "

"Room was clean, spacious, had all the amenities listed. Fridge, hob, microwave. And all the cooking utensils you could need. The bathroom even had a hairdryer inside one of the cupboards. TV with access to YouTube, Netflix and Amazon prime. And lovely outside area. We had a problem, (something in the kitchen blew its fuse which cut off the electric), which was sorted very quickly (just by flicking the switch in the electric box back up). And the kettle broke, but was replaced the following morning. Very timely responses and immediately fixed the problem. The only thing that could be better for long time stays is the mattresses, very hard and not great if you have sciatica or a bad back, but not unbearable. Would absolutely recommend it overall. "
