"The outdoor area is a real plus, unfortunately we were there during a Noreaster so we didn't get to use it but had no flooding issues as it sits higher than some surrounding houses. The house is very well stocked and plenty of room for cars. The 5th bedroom is up a steep ladder but there was a daybed that we used in place of that 5th bedroom. Host was very accommodating to our requests."

"Great island with plenty of good restaurants.The host was extremely friendly and had great and prompt communication.Lovely house based upon the photos. The house was beautiful at one time. It’s tired and in need of some TLC. There were physical signs of water damage that was patched and left as is. Sliding doors do not lock but are held closed with sticks of wood. The main master bath tub was not working and there is mold in shower. Washing machine leaks. The gas stove did not fully work properly. Half of the bbq burners did not work. On the good note there was plenty of room to roam inside and outside. Several dining areas in house. Great house to enjoy. The pool was also lovely and comfortable. All in all it’s a nice rental, but overpriced for its current condition… I do hope the house is repaired and updated as it can be a fun place to stay."
