I was delighted with how helpful the desk staff were at assisting with a late book in, allowing me to leave my car out the front so I could quickly find a resataurant before they all closed

Great hotel in a great location.
Had a great stay. Room was very nice and staff were lovely. They had excellent underground parking that was free and are in an area with lots of restaurants and shopping. Havelock North is a great little town. My only suggestion is that they do away with the free guest laundry. The dryers don’t work well and that situation led to bad feelings between guests. I saw numerous conflicts. Better they don’t offer it at all.

Staff were all very professional but at the same time helpful and friendly. Very interested in their guests. A super atmosphere.

AS above. One front of house girl was efficient but had no friendliness or welcoming behaviour, The surprising absence of eating facilities was offset by Malo next door for fine evening dining bujt it was not open for breakfast.

The hotel was in very good condition and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We also got an upgrade which was awesome. The room was in great condition and the mattress was amazing. The free onsite parking was also very convenient.

Perfect at Porters
A return two night visit for us, and always a fabulous place to stay while in Hawkes Bay. Spacious with comfortable bed and everything just amazing.

Pleasant stay in Havelock North
