Shops nearby lovely location spa bath was amazing

After a long stressful drive where I was constantly held up with roadworks and slow vehicles, I was very late and was going to miss the cut off time for the office. Upon arriving I was greeted by the most lovely lady on the front desk who reassured me it was no problem I was late. I then later checked my messages to see they had tried very hard to contact me ( I was driving so couldn’t check my phone) and had arranged for me to still access my room no matter the time. It honestly made my Day.

Rooms are quiet, spacious, clean and very comfortable. Property area is lovely and hosts Mark and Jo were friendly and attentive. They provide a great service and we really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms clean and smells nice. The location is great.

The staff were very helpful. Had a room with a sofa bed and the staff made up the bed. Clean room and alot of space.

200 metres from the beach, very good

Staff were helpful, clean room/good location

Staff are very nice and accommodating

clean with beautiful views and lovely accommodation. Shona is awesome hostess. would love to have been able to stay longer

Awesome unique experience, super friendly hosts and a gorgeous house with amazing views, made us feel very welcome and wanting to return.

Very nice property, well appointed including smart, TV and free Netflix. Close to all services, shops, restaurants, etc. Large bedroom, generous size, lounge and kitchen. Very nice unit. Would recommend and definitely will be my venue of choice whenever I am in Levin

We arrived late at night, instructions for unit was easily understood, room was lit and warm. Highly recommend this place, and would not hesitate to stay again.

No complaints

Fantastic for a budget stay place at this price point. Whilst exterior is tired & a bit shabby - the unit itself was great. Well appointed; super clean & a shower that was hot & powerful. Being a block back from main road means it’s quieter than other places. As a stopover motel - I’d highly recommend it and shall return.

What a beautiful relaxing and serene surroundings. We only booked here as my other booking was accidentally cancelled, I am so glad this happened as I would definitely book here again. The Motel and Homestead look beautiful like from Gone with the Wind. The accommodation price was comparable to anywhere else in Upper Hutt. Thank you

We loved staying in the lotus belle tent. It was super cute, spacious and tidy. We would definitely stay again.

Really happy about everything

Great value for money, we stayed for the weekend and travelled into Wellington on the train from the local station ( 2 mins away). Great golf courses nearby also, we will definitely be back.
