Balcony + terrace. Common natural ground. Skiing Hauteluce Val-Joly/Contamines Monjoie 100m away, Hauteluce/les Saisies/Espace Diamant 8km. Total floor area: 67 m² attic parts included. Access by small steep paved road for 150m. Beautiful traditional farmhouse from 1742 renovated on the slopes. South hillside. Splendid preserved natural setting of meadows and forests on the edge of a small river. Quiet area. Good comfort. Balcony. Sheltered terrace. Vast natural outdoor space. Very nice unobstructed view of the valley and the massif. Gite on the Hauteluce 1650/Val Joy ski slopes linking Les Contamines-Montjoie and 15km from Les Saisies, famous Nordic Olympic area (120km of cross-country trails). In summer, ideally located near the Col du Joly road, border between Savoie and Haute-Savoie. On the mountainside, privileged location for hiking with trails in front of the cottage. Magnificent hikes to high altitude lakes, between mountain pastures and typical habitat. Many activities and leisure activities in all the villages: les Saisies, Arêches, Beaufort. Marked trails for mountain biking. For cyclists, famous Cormet de Roselend between Beaufortain and Tarentaise. Authentic and preserved massif classified as a Country of Art and History. Possibility to rent the 3 cottages for a total capacity of 13 people. Ideal stay for nature lovers!

Die Gastgeber sind überaus freundlich und sehr bemüht, man kann sich nur wohl fühlen bei ihnen!Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und gerade zum Skifahren sind einige Details wichtig, die es sehr viel einfacher machen und dort liebevoll vorbereitet sind: Schrank direkt vor der Wohnung für die Ski und Skistecken, direkt an der Eingangstür in der Wohnung ein Regal zum Abstellen für die Skischuhe und Skihelme mit einigen Lappen und Putzeimer, um die Wohnung sauber zu halten vom geschmolzenen Schnee, viele Haken im Gang zum Aufhängen der Skiklamotten. Es gibt in der Wohnung ein Raclette und Fondueset, bestens für einen Urlaub im Winter!Wenn viel Schnee liegt, kann man von der Piste direkt zum Hauseingang fahren! Das ist besonders toll!! bei weniger Schnee ist der Weg gut zu Fuß machbar!Uns hat es sehr, sehr gut gefallen!Danke für die schöne Woche, die Familie aus dem Allgäu

Un super séjour !

Nous avons passé un super séjour au Chalet de la Pat! Le logement est très bien équipé et avec des éléments de qualité. Nous étions 6 et avons eu largement assez de place. Le lieu est calme et en pleine montagne sans vis à vis avec une belle randonnée juste à côté. Les propriétaires sont charmants et d’une telle gentillesse que nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir!

Très bon séjour

Super accueil. Roland et Maryse sont très accueillants et bienveillants. Leur gîte est magnifique, propre , bien équipé et très fonctionnel. On s'y sent bien. Idéal pour se retrouver en Famille ou entre amis
