"Great location, right on the river. The restaurant and bar are both open-concept and sunny, with windows overlooking the river. Friendly, professional staff. The wait staff in the restaurant were exceptional. A great brewpub (Post Falls Brewing) is down the street- an easy walk from the hotel. As well other eating/drinking places - just a short walk away. Great place for a get-away!"

Looks like people are living there, there was a naked guy standing in the window when we parked, there is no hot tub dispite being advertised, they lied and said they didn't have a pool, then when called out about it they said it was being worked on. Hair in tub, dirt ring around tub, clothing tags in corner of bathroom. Cigarette butt under bed"

I had some concerns that I shared with the host, but they were not significant nor needed to be addressed during my stay. They were receptive and communicated well. I certainly recommend this property for anyone wanting to visit Post Falls or the surrounding area."

"This home was truly perfect. It was exceptionally well-equipped and meticulously organized, offering everything one could possibly imagine and more. The kitchen and living area were most inviting and remarkably clean. The beds provided great comfort as well. It is clear that Hannah (Host) anticipated every need. "Banquet hall was across from our room. Was told it would quiet down about 930-1000. At 11pm it got quieter and then the loud cackling start in the bar directly below our room and continued past 230 am. We were traveling and I had the worst nights sleep. The restaurant was closed due to the holy Catholic school fundraiser booking it out. They just didn't book out all the rooms and I was tormented. I went to the hall numerous times and it was quiet, but our room echoed with the loud drunks. I called down twice and they said they would do what they could do but it never stopped until after 230."

"We had such a beautiful stay by the lake. The property itself is stunning, and the setting makes it feel so peaceful and relaxing.There are so many things to do right around the property for all ages, which made it perfect for everyone in our group. We were never bored and always had something fun to enjoy.The home was also fully stocked with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. There were plenty of utensils, pots, pans, and all the little extras that make a stay comfortable and easy.Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would absolutely stay here again."
