"Needed to stay in the area 4 nights for work, chose this hotel because it was attached to a pub so after a day's work wouldn't have to go into Ledbury to eat. The pub was not open and I didn't see any member of staff during the stay. I had a phone number which I used to ask for more milk and coffee in the room, came back to find a couple of sachets balanced on the windowsill. No one came int the room to clean, change towels, etc. "

We had a spacious double room which was clean and had all the amenities you needed. The staff are lovely and friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
