Communication was equally great with both Wilma and Jolene prior to arrival and they were amazingly accommodating when I had issues with reservation at another property for Christmas day and needed to check-in a day early (truly saved the day) "

Communication with the owners/management was seamless, the staff at the secure gate was polite and available, the facilities were clean and well-kept, the location was convenient and when we had an issue with wi-fi the owner and manager came to the unit to assist and resolved our issue fast! They took my money. I was told to contact Phillip regarding this issue. When I contacted Phillip he was denying saying he is not the one who posted that the apartment is not available. I asked him about the money and he even deny saying that they did not take the money. However, the property did take the money and they...
