Business Hotels & Resorts in Hatepe from NZ$137

Everything was immaculate, the staff were LOVELY, we needed to arrive late, the key was left where it was easily accessible, the light was on in our room, the two pools are stunning! We are hot pool people. Absolutely stunning. We stayed on the way down to Wellington, loved it so much we stayed on the way back up to Auckland. There are a LOT of choices in Taupo and this would be our pick, everytime.

Property and location was perfect. Great room and view

River Birches architectural quality and detail was exceptionally pleasing to the eye.

What a lovely place to stay. Views to the lake and a private hot tub. Clean, warm, home made biscuits and friendly owner. Our daughter did not want to leave. Very near to the hot water beach.

Wonderful peaceful environment

The room was modern, spacious, comfortable with everything we needed. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff so helpful and friendly. I will be booking Sails on the Lake every time I need to stay in Taupo.

Great welcome. Happy to give advice as to the best restaurant to eat at. Only 10 minute stroll to CBD

Great place to stay, Chenara is always there to help if required

Clean breakfast and pool

A nice quiet spot for a stopover while traveling Auckland to Wellington.

great place to stay.

Beautifully appointed room & bathroom. Lake view from our balcony. Restaurant on site. Staff all very friendly & helpful.

Hosts were very helpful and friendly, Getting escorted to room is a unique experience, which we saw to mean that they cared about our custom. Thanks for your great hospitality. Will definitely stay again!

A hidden gem right on the lake front. We had room 3 - stunning lake and mountain views! Location is just spot on for quick access to everything. Quite - no road noise, a spa tub in the room, excellent heating and a comfy bed to boot. What else can I say? Book it!

Great thankyou
