"The usual wear and tear or things that didn't work, but didn't affect my stay. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Night staff was friendly but morning staff made me feel like l was bugging her. But, nice stay overall."

"This place was super super clean with a friendly staff. Price was a greatbargain too! They had music bingo in the sportsbook. Stayed 2 days and they even offered $5 vouchers for each person each day. The vouchers were redeemable for fresh danish baked daily. The players club for 1st time card holders offered $5-$50 random amt. for 1st timers. Both my wife and i each received $50 on freeplay. Overall would give the place high ratings."

"Easy check in, always love the suite rooms because it makes it feel like an apartment. My room clearly hadn't been cleaned very well. I like to unpack and use the drawers as if I was home. There were random pills in the night stand drawers, one on the floor by the same night stand. The other one, I had to pull out to plug in my Cpap machine into the wall and there was a candy bar on the floor. There were toe nail clippings on the floor near the foot of the bed and by the couch so clearly it hadn't been vacuumed well. Shower had what looked like dog hair on the outside, hair around the base of the toilet too. I flushed all the pills down the toilet. I didn't pick up the candy bar or the toe nail clippings. I stayed Fri to Tues-housekeeping is every 3rd day which on Sunday they did come around but I was still half asleep so I declined it. Monday I asked for housekeeping and was told they could just bring clean towels. They did take the dirty towels and bring clean ones. I purposely didn't make the bed to see if they would - they didn't. I took care of all the trash and made the bed while I was there because that's what I do. But to say if I needed housekeeping to just ask and then when I do, they don't give it to me doesn't make since. Breakfast was okay, I did like the option of having oatmilk as I am lactose intolerant and use it at home. It was quiet even though there was a kids baseball team there."

"The staff person we got was not chatty at all. Seemed borderline rude. We reserved two rooms but she only have us one. We caught it right away and she added the 2nd room back. The 2nd room was horrible, it smelled like a chain-smoker lived there for 5 years. So we requested a different room and ahe was able to switch us over so that we are next to each other. Still not single smile or acknowledgement. I think that was the weirdest part of our stay. The pool was nice but small and super hot. Must have been set to 90 degrees. You didn't feel any change in temperature when you went in. The kids only stayed for a bit because they got hot and wanted out. Breakfast was ok. No meat selection just bread, cereal, eggs, omelets. Overall good place just needs some TLC and some friendlier staff."
