"6 of us stayed and we loved it! The beds were comfortable and the kids said the pull out couch bed wasn't too bad either which i think we all know is pretty much as good as it gets when it comes to a pull out. This was our favorite hotel so far and we stay at hotels about 6 times a year for trips. "

"Let people know if you are cleaning their room or not. The sign on the door said no thank you to having the room cleaned. so I did not put the sign out and thought being gone all day they would clean our room. We were gone 10:15 am til 8:45 pm and came back to no clean towels, and room not cleaned. "

"The staff were so nice. Such an easy way to park and walk to mall. Especially if you need a break from mall fun! My family and I needed a hr break to kick our feet up before we returned to Mall of America. "
