Areas for improvements: unflushed tissue in toilet with bits of toilet paper on the floor, one side of the sofa sank, hot water pressure for shower a bit low, only one clothes hanger in the cupboard, no safety chain on room door.

Room was large with mini kitchen and jet tub. Although dated, everything worked and was clean. Front desk staff gave good suggestions for dinner take-away, gave us extra towels, and made us feel welcome.

Our unit was nice and spacious with plenty of storage space for bags. Shower had decent pressure and the spa bath was awesome for our son after a long day playing cricket. There were a couple of times where our towels were taken but not replaced or the toilet paper ran out but reception were quick to help when called.
