Good property but the staff was rude and ignored the guest to carry over a conversation in their native language.. I waited 10 min for two ladies in front desk to finish their conversation in Spanish to attend me and other guest.. extremely rude..
Room service is slow.. I ordered towels for shower and never received it.. I ended up going to front desk to get the towels
The property itself was very nice. The information on Expedia is not correct. It states that there is a free shuttle within 3 miles as well as a free shuttle to the train station. The hotel has no shuttles whatsoever. Made it a little more difficult to get around for us since we were planning on the shuttles.
the front desk was not so kind especially Hillary Scott she did not acknowledge me standing there and continue her conversation on the phone when she was finish on the phone i said good morning and she would not say anything back she just stood there and look so i told her i was checking out and she told me ill get a receipt from the third party as i am a cancer patient and i can wake up and acknowledge people she should do the same she choose that job not me so kindness doesn't cost nothing when your in that position to greet and help people i saved my hard earn money to be treated like i was nobody and actually this is my second time going here and it wasn't a kind visit at that time either its a nice place but you guys need to do better at the front desk i was also upset because the cleaning lady took my wash cloths that i bought with me she violated my space because i hade them in the bathroom on top of my traveling case so they would not bother them but yeah it really need some adjustments everybody counts!

I arrived early and was able to check into 1 of my rooms early. That was really the only good part of this hotel. The lobby is nice but the rooms need work. The beds were thrown together and not cleaned properly. One of my rooms flooded and the hotel staff was of no assistance. When I reported the flooding I was offered a towel to clean up. Im unsure why I was asked to clean when i am not apart of housekeeping. I had to take time out of my night to attempt to fix an issue that should of been fixed by hotel staff. I asked to be moved to another room because it was unsafe for my children but was told no. I then asked for maintenance and was told there is no 24hour maintenance. In the morning i asked to speak to a manager but was told she wouldnt be back for a few days. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
The rooms are outdated and the linens smelled terrible, I had to request new sheets and pillow cases. The bathroom was very nice and modern.

Bathroom needs some updating. Staff said they’d bring up a blanket and never did. Asked for extra towels at night and they said they couldn’t get any until the next day. No coffee the second morning.
