Cozy Blue Cottage 2BR/1BA

This charming house is the perfect home away from home, and is conveniently located blocks away from downtown. Recently remodeled, everything has been upgraded. It offers two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen and a laundry area. The living room features comfortable seating, wireless internet for all your devices and a flat screen smart TV. One bedroom has a desk for home office professionals or students.

This is the perfect house for up to 4 people. The TV has Roku so you can watch Netflix or login to other online streaming accounts.

Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. the day of departure. Early check-in or late checkout can be arranged if available.

As a reminder, no smoking of any kind is allowed in the house. Please respect the fact that future guests may have allergies and that the smell lingers for days. We appreciate your understanding.

Gather all trash from the house and put the tied up bags in the green rollcart located in the backyard. Make sure all doors and windows are shut and have safe travels home or to your next destination
Remove all food from the counters, refrigerator and freezer that you brought. Clean the house leaving it generally how you found it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Hartsville Cottage

The cottage was very clean and centrally located. The linens were wonderful, white towels and crisp sheets. The furnishings are newer and comfortable, while tiny, the bathroom is quite efficient. The only down side is the noisy W Carolina St, very noisy until midnight or do, but otherwise a hous little cottage.
