"This is a great place to stay if you would like to experience some simple furnishings and stay in historic buildings. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bath was updated to modern standards. We were on the third floor, so our old muscles got a decent work out. You will also learn a little about the shakers."

"I came in for an evening with my dog for a family members wedding. Mike was very friendly and responsive at my time. It’s a very beautiful piece of property. Additionally the rental area has everything you would need. You can tell that the effort is put in to be as helpful and accommodating for the stay. I would come again and appreciate the hospitality!"

"This cabin was a great place to stay! It is centrally located so we were able to enjoy Keeneland, the Bourbon Trail, Horse Farms plus trips to Danville, Shaker Village and downtown Harrodsburg. We walked to the top of the hill with our coffee every morning to enjoy the sunrise and gorgeous view. That's how to start a day! The cabin has everything you need, is very comfortable and clean! If I had one "complaint", it would be that Cabin #9 needs ovenware but we only ate in once, so it didn't...
