We got to the hotel, checking in process was ridiculous. The guy told me there was a 100.00 deposit that was not mentioned when I booked my reservation thru Expedia. Then we get to the room it stunk like someone had been smoking marijuana in it, the whole room was gross, dust everywhere dirt on the carport, some kinda white stains on the comforter, dried liquid on the stand like someone had spilled something and the cleaning people didn't clean it up. The mattresses were horrible, didn't sleep but 6 hours the whole time of my stay, mine n my fiance's backs hurt so bad we could barely walk. I took pictures and can email them to you. The coffee pot was filthy the tray they had the coffee pot sitting in was gross and had dirt on it. You could tell it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. The breakfast that was included was a joke. Muffins you could fit in your mouth in one bit, cereal was stale, the coffee cups were like 6oz cups you could drink in 2 drinks. This was the most unpleasant stay or ordeal I have ever had at a hotel. I can guarantee You THIS MUCH WE WILL NEVER BE STAYING AT ANY OF THE SUPER 8 HOTELS AGAIN IF THEY ARE ALL LIKE THIS. I AM NOT A VERY HAPPY CAMPER. And when I said something to the guy at the counter about all this, he turned to me and said I quote do you want your receipt n have a nice day.

Hard to get to. Having to carry your bags all through the building to your room is harder when your older. A luggage carrier would be helpful.

The television was not functioning as the picture was going bad. they do not have microwaves in the room just a community one and the cleanliness is suspect. The quality for the price and the time booked was very good;

Room was big and cleaned well. Service there was great and people were very nice. However, i would not say this is a family oriented hotel. From what i could see, most of the people checking in were there to party for the night and party they did. I was in a non-smoking room yet throughout the night i could smell cigar smoke coming from our exhaust fan in our bathroom. I let them know at the front desk and now they are attempting to charge me $100 saying it was me who was smoking them. I was staying with my 2 children and definitely did not smoke anything in my room. This has now resulted in me canceling my credit card that i had on file.

The room was okay, not as clean as it could have been. The front staff at check in was very friendly. The free breakfast in the morning was cereal, juices, fruit and breads. The room did not have a microwave. Some of the outlets in the room did not work. Quiet property. The housekeeping was friendly.

I first was asked to hold $100 on my credit card in case of smoking in the room. And then they put me in a smoking room so they needed to change that. Then I was in a room with a non functioning television and 3 of the 4 lights not working and a broken door lock. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

This hotel is in the process of a much needed renovation. The management is very friendly and does its best with what they’ve got.

DO NOT RECOMMEND.!! If anyone is thinking about staying at this property change your mind! First was given a room with someone and all their belongings in it, then was given a second room where the toilet was broken upon arrival. There are multiple people living in this hotel. There is no breakfast or anything for that matter. The rooms smell bad. The bath tub was sunken right in the middle thought I was going to fall in while showering. The remodeling was half assed. God forbid you ask for more towels or another blanket. They don’t have those. There were drug deals going on in the parking lot in front of us. Next time spend the money and stay elsewhere!

We added another person on our room they did not give us enough linen. Also did not know until we got to hotel that they have a $100 accidental fee. Which you do not get back when you check out like they state.

They would not give us extra towels, said that we had plenty. Their whole family lives in the hotel so they were all running around at 11:12 o’clock at night. Very shady.

I mean, you get what you pay for. The room was large, bed comfy, cleanliness was not its strong point. There were stains on the carpet, room was dusty. My biggest issue was the amount of people who seem to just hang out there or maybe they’re long term customers, nonetheless, some were sketchy. If you enjoy a contact buzz, stroll in around 8:15 pm and walk down the hall! You’ll be satisfied!

Staff were very friendly and eager to make our stay stress free I do recommend installing hand rails or grab bars to get in and out of the tub. I started slipping in the tub while showering, I grabbed the only thing I could, the towel holder and it came loose off the wall. After my incident, I did not allow my wife or daughter to use the shower to keep them safe. I mentioned the potential danger of a slip & fall accident to the front desk. I was told it’s up to Corporate to authorize changes. The problem I had was the bottom of the tub had a steep slope to the drain which I kept sliding down the tub. Needless to say, I was scared enough to prevent my family from showering.
