There was no heat in lobby or hallways. Person not on site all the time. Keys wouldnt work. Terrible tv service very limited channels. Muffins in morning stail ( old).

Ok good for the location and price
Nice spacious room. I came in late and just needed a place to sleep and shower. 1 bed was completely sunken as if someone had stayed there for ever and made a huge dip hole. I had to get the other bed which was a little better. Clean hotel and close to the highway. Would stay again if I had to.

Nothing was unique, There was no heat in our room, bathroom door wouldn't shut, toilet wouldn't flush, dead bolt didn't work, Nobody to check us in. Muffins were stale

This place is a dump. The owners need to spend some serious money to make this place inhabitable. The room was filthy: stained blankets, bedspreads, carpets, walls. Extensive mold in the bathroom; Worn out, collapsing mattresses. Just disgusting. The place should be shut down.

I stayed for 3 nights and they never cleaned my room or brought new towels or changed my linens. There was never anyone at the front desk you had to go to the motel next door to get any kind of service. Poorly ran and poorly managed.

While I don’t expect much from Super 8 this was awful. The clerk gave my husband a hard time checking in. She was “nasty and snippy” according to my husband. The room was shabby. The carpet was filthy and torn. The a/c was terribly noisy and did not cool the room. Slept with the window open which wasn’t very safe on the first floor. The hairdryer plug was in pieces which was a hazard! There were facilities for breakfast but nothing was offered. And the bed was terribly uncomfortable and made a lot of noise every time you moved. On the outside it looked fine but inside it was dirty and shabby.

We have stayed at this property a few times over the past years. It's perfect for a one night stay while on the road. The price is low and the bed and bathroom are always clean. The rooms are showing a bit of wear and tear, such as stained and bunching carpets, some broken furniture, etc... would be nice to fix these issues and upgrade to larger beds (all rooms have double beds). One manager runs both hotels but service is always good. On arrival, the lights in the lobby were partly off, giving the appearance the hotel was closed. A small breakfast of muffins, coffee, and juice is offered. Overall, a basic accomodation perfect for a one night stay for a low price.

Staff was great got down there a few hrs before check in and the gentleman at the front desk made my check in early and painless was in my room with in minutes of arriving. The rooms were nice clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend staying there

We ask for a room upstairs and was denied since there was only three rooms rented. But after 5 pm there were many rooms rented and people talked through the whole night. Very frustrating

Bare minimum hotel..you get what you pay for!
Pros: Straight 5mile ride to HersheyPark, shower has good pressure, some food short driving distance, has a small fridge & microwave in room Cons: beds are terrible (old spring mattresses that creak when you move), no breakfast (not terrible but some people expect it), smells when you enter (like old stale cigarette smoke), 4 registeree guests but only had 3 shower towels (good luck finding someone to get them after check-in), one small pouch of shampoo provided (barely enough for one head; be sure to bring!),and 1 small bar of soap When we arrived one of our rooms (we had 2) everything was unplugged; lights, tv, fridge. After being out of the room 14 hours at park, came back & none of the door keys worked. The front desk person spends their time at the Motel 6 this hotel shares their lot with so need to "dial 0" on the phone at desk & wait...not convenient
