There were some people who stayed that were banging on doors at all hours of the night. The property was being painted when we were there. Our room the first night had a strong smell like some kind of air freshener
This property was a disappointment. The staff always seemed preoccupied. After sitting on the edge of the bed, I couldn't help but roll to the middle amd then slide toward the headboard. Breakfast was the same each day. No breakfast during the week. The tan in the bathroom when running smelled like something was burning. The wood baseboard in the halls was loose. The room was advertised as nonsmoking, but had an odd smell. The towels had on them dark strands of hair. The booking for the hotel was prepay only. I could not afford to lose the money, so i stayed three nights. Now I'm at the chiropractor.
Air freshener in room was overwhelming. Beds were hard and squeaky. Wifi was useless. Could barely connect to it even within 10 feet of the router. Breakfast offering was bare minimum at best.

Ants in my room. Had to plunge my own toilet after asking front desk 3 times. Very uncomfortable bed, could feel springs in my back. Breakfast was terrible. Pool closed.

Staff were amazing and helpful, apologized for pool being renovated.
Staff was fantastic. Hotel was very clean. It was quiet and comfortable. I would stay again and recommend to others. Easy access on/off interstate and easy to find.
The room smelled bad, the room was never cleaned, the pool was out of order. We had an additional charge and they didn't know how to work it. Also, they didn't want to give us a receipt. Overall a bad experience.

Rooms are clean. Property is clean. No one was at the front desk in the morning to check out. I was informed the staff was resting. Maybe he did a double.
So I’ve stay here before. It used to be $89 per night. But now it’s worn out and run down and $173 per night. The pool is always out of service. Their WiFi was down. Our toilet would not stop running. And the whole first floor smelled like weed. Not worth $173 by my standards

its close to things, restaurants, and tourist attractions. they dont have daily room service, breakfast was sparse and supplies to breakfast were not good. some maintenance needed, painting and fixing things Wifi was sketchy

There was only one table lamp so the lightening in the room was dark. The bathroom was old and water dripped from the tub spigot. In addition, the show water pressure was very low. I would not stay at this property again.

I am sorry your room was not 100% we are working on making things right.
I travel for work. Checked in late around 11:30 PM and the checkin went okay. When I got to my room it was still dirty. Whoever was there before me - dirty used towel on the floor and shower curtain, soaps all used, trash still present. The bed wasn’t even fully made. Hairs on all the pillows and bedsheet which also had a yellow stain. I slept on top of the blankets with the “extra” pillows and blanket. I requested my room be clean as I went to work the next morning only to come back to them leaving my door opened afterwards. It’s clean now yes, but my door was left opened while I had personal belongings in the room. Very unhappy!!

The staff was very accommodating we were there for some arrangements after our son passed away and they were the sweetest people Thank you for a guite stay. Highly recommend
I stayed here the night before my back surgery. My daughter had forgotten to reserve a handicapped room for us but the clerk changed us into one without a problem. Aaron, the clerk, was very pleasant and helpful. He asked me in the morning if it worked out with the shower because he knew that was an important part of our stay, with my preparation for surgery. Everything was clean and I slept well. No noise!!
Toilet did not function during night. Tried to call the office and hotel room phone did not work. Had to walk down to office and two hours later they still did not come up to repair either. We decided not to stay for the second night.

My son was in hospital and my husband and I need a hotel last minute. The staff was very friendly and our room was very nice. Free breakfast next day with homemade waffles was great!
Not very clean and not up to par. Breakfast was poor. Plastic utensils were in bins, not individually wrapped, and milk, butter and cream cheese were in large, shared containers, not individual use. I have never seen this in any hotel, ever, and honestly, it was disgusting.
