Very clean house, quiet neighborhood. Easy to walk to historic area via the AT trail. Lots of hikes in the area, as well as coffee shops and vineyards.

We had a great stay. We had a wedding at a venue in Fredrick, so the location was perfect. The house was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.

Nice accommodations. The location is very convenient to town; however there are some hills involved if you’re walking. Parking in town was easy and available.

We have stayed in many VRBOs throughout the northeast and this was easily one of the best ones. The kitchen was well stocked and the home was extremely clean. Location to downtown and surrounding civil war attractions is perfect. I would absolutely stay here again!

Awesome weekend getaway

This house was very comfortable and well appointed.We had everything we needed and it was close to the delightful town of Harpers Ferry.We would definitely stay there again.

Hi Tawny,We really enjoyed our stay — your place was very nice, and the location was great! It was especially nice to be able to bring our dogs along with us.Just a few small suggestions that might make the stay even better: adding full-length mirrors (even over-the-door ones) in the bedrooms, a small table or two in the middle guest rooms so folks can lay out their things, and maybe a deck or two of playing cards to round out the game selection.Thanks again for hosting us — we had a wonderful time!

Comfy and clean, perfect stay for our girls get-away weekend. Updated 1st floor with new floors. Nicely decorated, super comfy beds. Perfect plase to rest after a day hiking and visiting historic HF.

Girls weekend

Harper's Ferry is the perfect in between for our Mom's getaway, and we wanted enough room in case we recruited more. The house is great, basics are provided, and we were very comfortable! We will definitely keep it in mind for future trips!!

Great base to explore Harper's Ferry

Townhome was in a very convenient location, nicely stocked, roomy, and very comfortable. Communication was fast, friendly and helpful. We came for a girls' weekend and left wanting to come back again soon! No complaints. We'd definitely stay here again and were happy to support a Veteran family!

Great Location

Warm and comfortable setting in the perfect location for our family. While the stairs were a little tough for this 73-year-old we all managed quite well. Loved the views off the deck in particular.

Family long weekend

Everything was perfect! Had everything we needed. Location was great, hiking and restaurants walking distance, less than five minute drive from Harpers Ferry Brewing and Adventure Center, ten minutes from Walmart. Great communication with host. Family really enjoyed the trip!

Excellent Stay

The property was as described. Clean and comfortable furniture. It was easy to communicate with owner. However for elderly people, the steps up to the front door with very over taxing while carrying luggage.

Very nice place in Harper’s Ferry

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. The space is exactly as advertised and was easy to find. It was very comfortable for our group of 4. We were able to check in early, which was great because the weather was bad, so we sadly did not get to enjoy much of Harper’s Ferry. The power went out in the town and we ended up leaving early because there was no heat or light. We were able to communicate with our host easily during this.

Have turkey, will travel

Mid point meeting with family for Thanksgiving. It was the perfect property for us, 4 adults, 2 children. Location was wonderful, we did hikes, visited town and went to a Christmas tree farm for a tree. Kitchen was good for our big meal. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water checked the boxes. We would stay again for sure.

Girls Trip

We absolutely loved this location. It was clean and comfortable and we all slept great! We got back from our trip and I told my husband we’ll have to go back there by ourselves. We also loved how close everything was to the house. We didn’t have to drive more than 15 minutes to get places and most were only 3 minutes away. Can’t wait to come back!
