"We had a lovely stay in this beautiful Harpers Ferry home. It was so amazing to stay in the historical area and be close and able to walk to all the National Park sites. We were most attracted to that lovely porch and enjoyed our coffee there in the early morning, watching the town come to life. "We visited for a friends weekend and loved our stay. The bedrooms and communal areas were comfortable and great for a party of 7. The hot tub and outdoor fireplace were a hit. The property was peaceful. We didn’t walk to winery bc it was raining but we did drive (a minute) there and that was a lovely winery trip. "The house was as advertised and very clean. The house instructions were clear and check out instructions where minimal. We had some slight confusion on working the thermostat and the bedrooms became much warmer in the evening, than the main areas. But as long as you knew that you could turn the temperature way down. Overall, the house was very comfortable and was a great location for us to spend two evenings during our visit."

"What an incredible place! This was such a great location for hiking on the Appalachian Trail. The home was warm, clean, and comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook and relax in the evenings. The outdoor areas were especially enjoyable. We enjoyed sitting on the porch even in the cooler, rainy weather. The hosts were incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible! Thanks for helping make such a great trip! If you are visiting wine country or hiking in the area-I highly recommend this home!"

"The three of us saw Anne Wilson, went to the Bible Museum, and went to Cornerstone Chapel in Leesburg. We enjoyed several Leesburg eateries: Buford Biscuits, Cowbell Kitchen, and Lightfoot, and Rebellion. We really wished we had more time in your beautiful home. It was so serene and peaceful to be out in the woods."

"Great house, like brand new. Right around the corner from Main st which has nice coffee shops and a few eateries. Very nice place and location in Berryville for those visiting the valley or the mountains just across the Shenandoah River. Thanks"

"Stayed four nights while our house was listed for sale. Had everything we needed, clean and comfortable and a great location a stone’s throw from all the coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques of downtown Leesburg. Bonus was the flower and garden festival. Location was mostly quiet but some street noise during the day/evening only which is to be expected so not an issue at all. House is wonderfully historic with all modern amenities/new upgraded appliances!"

"The hosts received a notice that we had lost heat at the house. We actually did not, but they were out the next morning to check the furnace and brought two space heaters we did not have to use. Really enjoyed our stay."

"A perfect location in Frederick. The Carroll Creek Canal is right behind the house and is beautifull! Aaron gave us excellent recommendations as to where to visit and eat. The house is older but clean, tidy and comfortable. We did use the kitchen to cook and gave Aaron a few pointers to improve what he had for utensils. Overall, I would come back again. Thanks Aaron"
