"If my room (a suite) is any indication of the other rooms, this property needs a complete overhaul. Carpet is worn and dirty, light fixtures are at least 20 years old, and the bathroom is also dated. Too bad; this is a good location. "

Orange juice was great, but the coffee, (once i could seperate out a cup, and not use a stack of 6 to drink-- a big challenge.) It gave me such bad gas, it was rediculous. Breakfat area was very clean though. Not very friendly staff, gave minimal interaction, and never saw anyone even hint at a smile. Even though i had requested extra pillows in online check in, i still had to ask twice after getting there. So why have the request available in online check in. Bed was not the most comfortable, but i have had worse. Room was located in a spot easy to get to with the wheelchair, thank you. Room was clean, quiet, (except when someone got ice out in the hall LOL) and spacious. "
