"The cabin was very nice and view was amazing"

"The second you walk in all you smell is old cigarette smoke. You can tell this place has always been a heavily smoked in building. Even the couple of times i went out to my car there were people literally right outside of the doors smoking. I had a non smoking room, it didn’t smell like smoke but there was a very strong air freshener of some kind in there and that’s all you could smell. The bed was very comfortable though. You can tell they have tried to renovate the rooms but the work is rather sloppy or they didn’t care about the overall cosmetics of it. I know for the price the expectations are low and that’s around where i would rate it. Maybe 2-3 stars. I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here again BUT if it was the only place available, I would stay."

"Totally enjoyed my stay at the property. Clean, well equipped, and a pleasure to visit. Exterior was fantastic with the fire pit area and view of the Watauga River. Close to numerous restaurants in Elizabethton and other businesses. Just a great location to access both the Watauga & South Holston Rivers. Will stay with Ellis next time I am in Elizabethton."

"I absolutely loved this space and location! The outside entry is well lit and we found plenty of easy parking. The space itself is very beautiful and spacious. Immaculately clean. Pleasant aromas filled the spaces. The lighting, WiFi, check in and check out instructions were all easy to find and understand. I would highly recommend anyone visiting the area stay in this space! "

"We had a very good stay. We found the house very clean. The living space is cheerful and whimsical and we enjoyed the art. Conveniently located. We were a family of 4 adults , an infant and two dogs and it was very comfortable for all of us. Daphanie was very good with communication. We would definitely stay again. Thank you. "

"It was easy to get to the raceway for a baseball game that we were going to... But for the amount of money we paid it was pretty much a hole in the wall place and we wondered what we were pulling up to when we showed up... They were boards on the walls outside but it was super nice on the inside and had lots of extra features but not exactly what we expected."
