24 hour staff were great for check in (I arrived 1am from a late flight). Room was tidy and I received a free upgrade. Daily room clean and laundry if required. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were great too especially the gym. Very affordable for the rooms and service provided.

The best thing we did in India the houseboat exceeded expectations. The facilities were amazing, the staff brilliant and the tour fun. The food was the best we had and the whole experience really good value. We only wish we had booked for longer.

It is the best family resort that I have stayed in Kerala

We were in Alleppey to see the Kerala Backwaters and the Treebo Palmyra is conveniently located to Alleppey train station and the Finishing Point where you can board the various boat options to your the backwaters. I would say one or two nights is enough to stay here and see all the main sites including Alleppey Beach and the lighthouse. Although getting to this property was quite difficult in terms of the condition of the roads but was actually a Warmth Haven.

From the momen we were met at the Cochin airport we knew we had made the right decision with choosing The Raheem Residency. Nothing was to much trouble. The pool area was wonderfully quite and tranquil. The Restuarant served beurtiful Indian food and the view to the ocean perfect. Sheen the manager, was extremely helpfull in making suggestions for activities and went out of his way to make our stay perfect

Our stay on marvel cruise was fantastic from start to finish. Very professional crew . Location is a little difficult to find but once there the trip is great. I would recommend this houseboat over and above others that we have been on.

Very relaxing and beautiful scenery. The rooms are very modern and clean. There was a total of 7 rooms on board, so it was good to mix and chat to the other guests. The crew on the houseboat were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Always willing and happy to help. Food was excellent, but keep in mind there is no alcohol, as seems to be case everywhere in Kerala. We will happily come back again.

Check in and check out was smooth. We booked lakeside Villa and our room was well maintained. The lakeside views from our room were gorgeous. Our stay was very pleasant. The staff of the property are courteous and friendly.
