1) The bathrooms and washing areas were smelling bad / extremely unclean… the taps were all fully dark and rusty
2) very salty water provided for all washing / bathing.
3) extremely un-friendly staff who were showing absolutely no interest in the welfare of the guests.
4) It was extremely hot during day time, so we asked them to switch on the AC and they said AC will be available only from 9pm.

"We booked a premium room but the room given was completely different to the photos provided. Address was different to what was given on here. Had to wait over an hour for check in time evenknow we arrived within check in time. When we asked about the room being premium we were ignored.
On boat staff were fine and accomodating which is the reason I didnt give a lower rating. We ended up booking another place for the second night because we were so disappointed.

But remember that you are in a resort- best to go out and do some local shopping to get a real feel for the area. "We enjoyed Backwater Resort very much. We stayed 1 evening before an overnight houseboat trip. We enjoyed the resort so much we returned for another day just relaxing. The staff are all super accommodating and everyone greets you in passing. 5 star service. The rooms are done very well with real wood furnishing. It is isolated from the city but so quiet and relaxing. Finally, great lake views."

1) There is no power back up. No geneartor avaiable, even ups back also not availble.During our stay mid night 1.00 pm power was not available, after 1hr only it has came.
