Nestled among the trees on a hillside with views of The Highlands Ski Area & Resort just a short distance away, Ironwood Lodge is a newly built retreat offering a calm, quiet setting with easy access to the best of Northern Michigan.

Guests are just 10 minutes from downtown Harbor Springs or Petoskey, and within 30 minutes of Charlevoix and Mackinaw City. Spend your days lounging and swimming at public Lake Michigan beaches, browsing charming boutiques, or indulging in the area’s outstanding dining. Outdoor enthusiasts will love being minutes from Nub’s Nob and The Highlands ski resorts, as well as over a dozen premier golf courses nearby.

Ironwood Lodge sleeps 12 and is located within easy drives of popular Harbor Springs, historical Petoskey, Cross Village, Charlevoix, and Mackinaw City, with it`s ferries available to Mackinac Island.


Main Floor | Open Living, Fireplace & Wraparound Deck:

Upon arrival, guests take just four steps up to the wraparound deck and lounge chairs before entering the home. Inside, the main floor features a spacious open floor plan that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen—perfect for gathering and relaxing.

Two sets of French doors open onto the expansive wraparound deck, offering outdoor seating and beautiful views of the wooded property.

The living room centers around a stunning stone, wood-burning fireplace, with a Smart TV mounted above and a mix of comfortable leather and cloth seating.

The fully stocked kitchen includes all cookware, utensils, dish towels, and:

The spacious loft overlooks the main living area below and offers a fun, flexible space for all ages. A game table with soft stools is perfect for kids to enjoy the provided board games and puzzles, while a vegan leather sofa adds comfortable seating for TV viewing or staying connected to the action downstairs.

A dedicated workspace with desk and chair is also available—ideal if you must sneak in a little work during your getaway 😊

The loft bedroom is a private retreat featuring soaring ceilings, a king-size bed, Roku Smart TV, ceiling fan, full-length mirror, blackout curtains, and ample closet space. The bedroom includes a connected en-suite bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, offering comfort and luxury at the end of the day.


Lower Level | Game Room, Bunks & Backyard Access:

The lower level is a playground for kids and adults alike, designed for fun and relaxation. It features a large LED Smart TV with an old-school Wii system, plus comfortable seating for movie nights or gaming sessions.

Guests can enjoy a shuffleboard table and a retro cocktail-style arcade loaded with all the classic games you remember from back in the day.

- Extra refrigerator for drinks and snacks (conveniently tucked behind the stairs)

Evenings are best spent gathered around the firepit, complete with lighting, comfortable chairs, and unique ski-lift seating for a truly up-north experience. Whether you’re sharing stories, roasting marshmallows, or simply enjoying the fresh air, this outdoor space is made for memorable nights.
