"I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend. The staff don't speak English so if you are going to stay here be prepared to have Google Translate available whilst speaking with the staff. Otherwise the stay was quite comfortable and they let us check in quite early and check out quite late."

"Nice hotel, but had problems with booking/changes due to language barrier. We couldn't communicate well with the hotel. We had two rooms and it was in plain English on the confirmation but it took an hour to get it straightened out. When we had to leave early. This discount booking group tried to call hotel to get permission so we could get refunded a night but no English either. So if you speak Mandarin or don't plan on having any need for help from the hotel, it is a great, convenient place....
