When is the best time to go to Harambee?

The best time to visit Harambee is during the summer months, from June to August, when the weather is warm and sunny, making it ideal for outdoor activities. During this period, the average daytime temperatures are comfortably in the low to mid-20s Celsius, superb for exploring the local parks and attending community events. You'll find many local markets and outdoor concerts happening, particularly around the Harambee Community Garden and along North 3rd Street. Couples looking for a relaxed yet engaging trip will appreciate the summer. The warmer weather allows for leisurely strolls through the historic parts of the neighbourhood, perhaps enjoying a picnic in a local green space or dining al fresco at one of the community-focused eateries. Solo travellers will also find summer an excellent time to visit.

Potawatomi Hotel & Casino

8/10 Good

"Consistency"

Ambassador Hotel Milwaukee, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

8/10 Good

"beds were comfortable and the hotel decor was awesome, inside & outside the building. I was not aware there was no free parking, the cost is $30 as well as a $50 deposit. They also try to get you to join Wyndam rewards or pay for WiFi until you complain to the front desk and they give you an access code to use for free WiFi. Hotel staff is not helpful if you are looking for local things to do or a local map of areas of interest. Michael's restaurant on the next block has very good food at a reasonable price. The decorative elevator doors ae not automatic so it is challenging to get the luggage cart through the door while holding it open. It is nice they have a free shuttle service within 3 miles."

Motel 6 Milwaukee, WI - Glendale

10/10 Excellent

"I've had to stay here now on three different occasions now due to some remodeling I've been getting done at my home and really just to exhale. I work second shift so I'm always on the go and the night workers for 3rd shift are very pleasant, helpful and polite oh and my rooms gotten better because I was getting a bit scared for a minute rolling the dice on that third booking"
