"The staff were very friendly and helpful! The hot tub was closed for repairs. The elevator was also closed for repairs aswell which is understandable. The breakfast was fresh I just wish it had more chocies, it did not have sausage, hash browns, bacon, scrambled eggs or fresh fruit, that would habe been nice. It did have other choices like bagels, waffles, and hard boiled eggs/ cereal so that was nice. Overall a very good stay. The female employee who we checked out with is an exceptional work with very good manners and good energy!"

"No top sheet or bed spread on beds. No towels in room. Furniture was old an damaged. The bathroom had a hole in the ceiling. Towel rack was barely hanging on the wall. Breakfast was bare minimum. It was a terrible experience. "

"I messed up on the reservation and Lance was so amazing and accommodating. The parking was right outside our door. The breakfast was delicious and they restocked right away when something ran out. We like having coffee in the room as well. my only issue was the restroom fan was not quiet. We like lots of pillows and there were 4 on each bed!!!"

"Clean room equals not very clean cockroaches coming from the ceiling microwave doesn't work refrigerator doesn't work floors are absolutely absolutely horrendous my dog would not even sleep in his bed on the floor because of it"

"There were dead cockroaches under the beds and in the corners in the first room we were given. The tub looked like someone had been dropping firecrackers in it, the walls were cracked, and there was what looked like blood on the lampshade. When I complained we were given a room that was obviously updated more recently (after being asked to prove the cockroaches were there by emailing pictures from the room) but it was still run down with cracks in the shower tile, and chips in the tub. The AC fan only had one setting (full blast) that was ridiculously loud. The “breakfast” was waffles (good) cereal and pastries (meh) and fruit (completely rotten) that you can only eat in the dining room, no taking food back to your room or out with you. Oh and hard boiled eggs that were pealed and set out on the counter completely uncovered and not chilled."
